They have no intention to lift the SP other than a CR. The chinese are only interested in the ore, dig it up, ship it o/s, and manufacture things. Whether the SP is 10c or $5- it doesn't matter to them. There is no intention of dividends either.
So by driving it to 10c the only thing to happen is that everyone gets out leaving it all to them.
