In relation to Sydney's comment:
"2,I suggest NSP board to cancle the unpaid 8 million shares- exercised 15c options by Mr Goh (Mr Chai is only an excuse imv),or issue a $1m penalty to him/his company.
It's cheating and criming if Mr Goh pay the debt only after the share price rebounces to above 15c soon.
I suggest the board can consider the established damages done by Mr Goh/Chai.
1), Some people bought shares when Goh declared to exercise the 15c options.
2) The exercised shares had been issued long time ago, but 8m shares remain unpaid now! The 8m unpaid shares already included into our total shares on issue, MC.
The 8m unpaid shares also damaged NSP's financial portfolio especially on its share trading performance,
the unpaid 8m shares already misled the potential buyer /trader/investor's buying decision when they calculating the MC of NSP, so it damaged our SP in last 6 month as well."
I too would be interested to know what is going on here.
I wonder what do our new auditors will have to say about this transaction?
Perhaps the Goh Options Issue could be raised by Ragingboom as a question for JM?
I will give some thought to a SP target over the next day or two if I can find the time. In relation to the thread today comparing the NSP value to that of its subsidiary, it seems to me that the problem is that so few people follow the stock. As I have said before a positive analysts report by a broking house may help, but as long as I have been an investor (since 2008) it has always been very thinly traded. The price has often gyrated wildly on no more than a few hundred dollars of shares changing hands.
It is interesting to look at the market depth and realise that even now there aren't all that many shares on offer. The one million parcel that was there some weeks ago has gone and I think a fair conclusion is that most investors realise the company has oodles of potential and accordingly will continue to hold and put up with the governance irregularities canvassed at length on this site.
I note that even when the market jumped after the recent ANN my portfolio value jumped by considerably more than the total NSP shares traded that day...that I think says it all!
