Corona's prelim long form prospectus for the TSX listing dated 1st FEB 2012 states a min rasing of $5 mill minus $350,000 for fee's but as stated this is only a min and they may get more in the kitty.
The share price and amount of share's is not shown in the PLFP so that is still a mystery to most but not all i suspect....
anything to share tcf ?....... LOL :)
