Interesting to speculate on what CBDNF might be worth. At $15/share it is a bit over USD$33M.
A comparison might be made with RGS Energy, an American solar installation company with a similar business model to CBDNF. Real Goods Solar (RGS) http://www.4-traders.com/REAL-GOODS-SOLAR-INC-3019808/quotes/ has 44745000 shares on issue, a stock price of $4.25, a company value of $130M on sales of about $200M.
After some bad years (pretty much every year since the GFC) RGS is likely to start to earn a (small) profit in 2015. Sales are ramping rapidly.
CBDNF at the time of transferring to the OTCBB had sales of around AUD$70M in 2013, say $70M USD in 2014.
A similar revenue valuation for CBDNF on sales of 1.4 x revenue gives CBDNF a US valuation of $100M or a tadpole under US$50/share.
