I rang the investor relations of ABC this morning to ask details regarding the registry so I can provide my tfn for the dividend. I also asked whether they have any idea as to whether the deal with Morgan Stanley will be finalised soon. The person i spoke to said that "everybody is working hard to get the deal through. The exclusivity period is the only thing that has expired meaning other interested parties can get into the fray if they wish to. However, everyone is trying their best to get this arrangement through."
