Kray, I'm with you on long term and speculators. MS deal though may be alive longer, just the exclusivity finishes in 4 hours. If they don't get pen to paper, then other parties may be involved or plenty of options. The company certainly isn't insolvent and isn't goign to fall over. Certain media tarts and analysts (who change their minds from day to day)and rumour mongers may be talking up debt concerns, but I haven't heard any of the debt providers calling in the debt yet and so at this stage its 3 years like you say.
