The exclusivity period was extended from the 24th to the 25th. The fact that it got extended 1 day and they metion the exclusivity period suggests it is ABS who is holding out and not MS. Maybe the major shareholders and the lenders are unhapy with the 10% part of the deal? Nevertheless, the fact that the major shareholders are buying more shares suggests that they see the sp as undervalued and thats good enough for me to accumulate also.
