Yes I totally agree with you on that Kacy. I think also the fact that the deadline for the "exclusivity" has been extended is a very good sign. To me it indicates there are perhaps other predators circling and ABS & MS are wanting to close this deal and are close to doing so. If they didn't extend the "exclusive" period then negotiations with others would perhaps extend the time and cause further debt grief. They are just my idle thoughts at the moment as I am waiting for a point where I think an entry is as safe a bet as possible for me. I am very interested in hearing all comments.
