I don't think we need you to tell us "the price looks dodgie now". At this price MS can buy everything with just the cash component of the deal. So this is plainly the result of scaredy cat investors who would not know a good buying opportunity when they see it. If the deal goes through tonight wont they be spitting chips! If not, expect another deal or even a take over to happen.
