the price action has been quite bizaar lately - up and down 5% per day ! l think the foreigners are spooked by the flood reports, whilst opportunists see this as a buying op.
personally l am worried that the rain may continue for a few more months, and this would be a big problem as the infrastructure damage could be quite extensive. so really it is a punt on the weather. l prefer to watch and wait until closer to the end of the rainy season.
