On September 18th a massive on market buy ($300k?) was made totally out of the blue. A couple of weeks later, the DRC acquisition was made. The last couple of days we have seen some very large single buys made. Someone is loading up big and doesn't care about buying a few pips higher. This ship is leaky and they aren't very subtle about it. My bet is big news within 2 weeks.
