The Finkelstein paper used also mostly dosage of 30mg/kg but lowest dosages with significant effect was seen at 3mg / kg level ( p smaller than 0.05, number of neurons ). I do not think that 2400mg / day would be ever used in humans unless phase 1 results demonstrate PBT434 be totally without any side effects ( better than placebo !). More likely target is some 600-800 mg / day, but everything depends first on the phase 1 results and after that on phase 2 which will  include at least 2 treatment groups and placebo.
