    OK so 30mg/Kg for an 80kg man is about 2400mg. I know those dosing rates in mice are not unusual, but it does beg the question of what dose will be used in humans and why is it so much lower per/Kg. I think during the ascending dose P1 study there was some flexibility written in, but don't remember exactly.
