According the info given on 27th of June the mouse got some 30mg / kg and alpha synuclein aggregation measure demonstrated almost 70% reduction (reduction of hA53T ??). Tau accumulation was reduced some 50 % in the Tauopathy model. Unfortunately the pictures are not very good and it looks like we need to wait the paper to be published to get the whole picture.
