That is a little better. Those results are encouraging. Do you think the language means PBT434 reduced the rate of aggregation, ie aggregation continued at a slower pace, or that the volume of the aggregates in place was reduced. Did you see anywhere how much was the reduction?

Another stat worth checking is how many Mg per Kg. Sometimes mouse models are dosed a much higher levels per Kg than is possible in humans and is the reason I would have liked to see target engagement ASAP in humans.
