Hey Roznov, interesting that he left to concentrate on the listing of Peak Oil & Gas, news reports from 13/9/10 indicate that it was a $55m listing.

Raisama Ltd made a takeover bid for Peak on 26/11/10 valuing the company at $39m. Final takeover obtained 31/3/11 and upon re-listing the shares dropped a third with Raisama continuing to languish.

I've no idea what became of TE as there's no mention of him following the purchase agreement.
