Interesting developments over in Tanzania in the last 24 hours.
A Tanzanian special government committee recommended that Orca's Songo Songo PSA be terminated due to "certain irregularities" according to an announcement from Orca overnight.
The committee & Tz govt MPs actually describe it as theft.
