If Italy is in the too hard basket for KEY, (seems everything is) why don't they sell the assets to PVE in exchange for PVE scrip?
PVE has made it's bed in Italy for better or worse (mostly the latter) and with a significant investment of time, effort and money there they might have more motivation to push it forward than KEY management do, who seem more focussed on 'spending' any revenue KEY gets on 'admin' costs.
