Kesha: Yes, Aminex had previously indicated that they were looking at KEY's share of WSS. I presume Aminex are looking to acquire WSS cheaply, like what they did with the extra 15% of Nyuni/Kiliwani. There is no need for Aminex to rush, even if Nyuni #2 is successful either Aminex retain their existing 50% with someone else buying the other 50% or Aminex waits for KEY to come begging for them to take it off their hands. Or of course the third option, Aminex says to the Tz govt, look how good we did with Nyuni, dump KEY and give us 100% of WSS.

Why would Aminex want to pay KEY for something they might be able to get for next to nothing (or free) from the Tz govt due to the inaction of KEY as operator of WSS?
