There are various reports and rankings out there...
The positives are that the areas in which Tanzania is lagging are not the political stability and the business environment - all that seems to be ok, it's more like infrastructure, education and health.

I just want to make a note here, that IMF gave approval for a large monetary subsidy. Therefore infrastructural projects like the Pipeline to Kenya will have a green light and the entire exploration activity in SS boosted!
