a loty more to it than just that - you have the tax and the banking requirements as well - just look at a competitor of ours who say they have the funding - they have been in discussions for quite a while with Tanz Govt regarding banking requirements and until that's sorted the funding not being confirmed - so its not just the tax that's being short sighted as to the actual complexities of doing business in Tanz at the moment. so hopefully the tax changes will also lead into a less stringent business environment whilst still providing the Tanz people value for their resources
