WOW they are waking up to the problems they created trying to fix other problems!!! lets see how long this will take them to do something about - the other regime started 2017 and its only now they realise how much they are losing by not reducing taxes a little in order to get projects up and running - in the meantime substantial amount of tax being lost. hopefully they have woken up and will get that economy moving as well as the mining companies so we are all not in limbo or hamstrung by their ridiculous requirements/taxes!

took a while so hopefully they can bring in the changes speedily and I mean speed of light speedily as there are a lot of projects on hold (or even ceased) at the moment over there - and we are only one of them! win-win for us all if they can get this done ASAP - all IMO.
