When I first saw your first comment saying "they possibly sell Tandarra to CYL to fund our other projects" I decided to reply"I think that Tandarra will be way too good to give up.." But then I saw you said the same thing. Thumbs up.
The trades are getting tighter upwards as @rivermore said.
Sell side is also getting weaker.
