    That would be good for NML and would explain the delay, if it was a change in percentages then I don't think CYL would be to happy and I doubt whether they would agree.  We are wasting valuable drill time. These delays normally occur when you have a great asset and somebody wants more of it, and then delays and frustrates negotiations in the hope of a better outcome.
