They are definetly worth 2.7 and I would say they are still worth 4.However even the 2.7 may not be the best buy tommorow.
There could still be a whole crop of people who only hear about this announcement after closing.
There will be those who cannot afford the rights issue who feel shafted and just want to get out.
Similarly there will be people who thought they bought Western Tanami and are now forced to buy central Tanami

They will start the day with bees in their head and vinegar in their veins (as well they might and as I did myself)

You could try judge it from the opening but personally I don't believe it will go much below the 2.7 that you see now So take it while you can(remembering to leave enough cash for your entitlement)
I bought in at 2.7 having waited for the turn and then sitting in the q at 2.6
