Hi All,

Looking for an oppurtunity to enter TAM, and I am hoping that some of you might be able to provide me your thoughts on the company, further to the very basic information below which I have taken from the last presentation.

Debt: $15.8 Million

Western Tanami Operations

Resource: 3,119,[email protected]/t for 554,700z

Capacity: .35Mtpa

Current Production: 40,000ozpa

Proposed Production: 50,000 to 70,000ozpa

So 40,000ozpa at say $1,700 per ounce equates to revenue of about $68,000,000pa.

Western Tanami main pits are Bald Hill and Coyote.

Central Tanami Project

Resources: 20,915,000t

Capacity: 1.5mtpa

Production Target: 130,000 to 200,000ozpa

So say 150,000ozpa at say $1,700 per ounce equates to revenue of about $255,000,000pa

Mining of Central Tanami is due to commence in 2012/13


SUMMARY

So Tanami has two projects, being the Western Tanami operation which is currently producing 40,000ozpa and Central Tanami which is in the process of being refurbished for development and has significantly more resource.

Assuming I have the basics right, I just have a couple of further basic questions which I was hoping that someone would be able to answer.

QUESTIONS

1. How much is it expected to cost to get the Central Tanami project back into production?

2. Where is the money to fund the setup of Central Tanami coming from?

3. Is there railway infrastructure from the projects to either Darwin or Perth, or is everything done by road/air?

4. What are the main risks that the company face?
