ISBnews - Business 18 February 2019, 15.40 Warsaw, 18/02/2019 (ISBnews) - Jastrzebska Coal Company (JSW) assumes that the announcement of a binding decision on Asset Prairie Mining Limited Poland is a matter of several months, announced President Daniel Ozon."By the end of the week we will publish a message about further steps, but realistically it is a matter of several months, with the consent and approval of the company, so that we can develop a structure," Ozon said in an interview with Parkiet TV."The talks between companies are purely business and I think we can find a solution that would make arbitration unsupervised," the president stressed.In early February Prairie officially informed the Polish government that a dispute had arisen in connection with the Polish authorities violating the Energy Charter Treaty and bilateral investment protection agreements signed by Poland with the UK and Australia. The company said it expected the dispute to be settled amicably, but took arbitrage into account.At the end of March 2018, JSW concluded a confidentiality agreement with Prairie based on the introduction of Prairie at JSW regarding a possible cooperation on two coal pricing projects in Poland.The JSW Group is the largest producer of high-quality coking coal of type 35 (hard) and a significant producer of coke in the European Union. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2011.Prairie Mining Limited is an exploration and mining company that carries out two investments in Poland - the Jan Karski mine in the Lublin coal basin and the Dębieńsko mine in Upper Silesia.
