    Well I don’t know how that’s true, that’s a material development and would need an announcement by the company.  I would actually encourage this as it would make this more public for the prime minister.  Certainly would explain the price drop and volume though and this management team have a history of not keeping the market informed so who knows...maybe it is true.  $3.5b...that’s the total NPV of the projects
