    When the money is paid to PDZ by JSW, PDZ's sp will increase or not, depending on how much and how the board decides what to do with it.

    If PDZ gets paid of $100m for 51% of the mines, and if the board decides to return to shareholders 45c or higher per share, for sure PDZ's sp will rise.
