Anyway, JSW has to offer PDZ's shareholders premium to acquire PDZ shares.

Full or partial, the premium must be much higher than 41c.
If offer at low 60c, the profit would be ~50% vs PDZ's sp now at 41c.
If at $1, the profit would be > 100%
