Word was Perilya was set for a takeover at around $2 but now the Indoneasia's want the company at around $2.50. If so you would expect that the Indoneasian Gov't would not approve the Forresty Agreement until a takeover is complete. I expect the Indo. Gov. could be easily convinced to delay such an agreement for the benefit of its countrymen.
