Is it a permission or takeover something is definitely up. I've been observing this stock activity in the last 10 days and it has been heavily manipulated. Accumulation on the bad market days and and attempts to sell it down on the good days. Nearly every day a blocking large sell amount 3 minutes before close and then seling down on small volume. Somebody needs it badly. Resistance at 1.74- lets see if ti will be broken today. Sell side very thin at the moment.
