If you consider that Megaport benefits a lot by having a "friendly" high speed network set up in each major financial data hub just to their taste, then the expansion of Superloop into USA and HK seems inevitable and profitable. Megaport runs its business largely through Superloop and then a raft of other customers effectively subsidise Megaport having a network to its own specification.
