Hi Sarg(I have held a parcel of PEX for many years).

AMI own Hera and Peak, both operating Mills in Cobar, they are average gold production at an AISC of around $400 out of Peak mainly due to the huge Zinc, Silver and Lead concentrate they are running through their mill.

They bought the Peak mines (northern Cobar) from TSX listed New Gold, this June has been averaging 25k oz of Gold and large amounts of Copper for the last 25 years, the land holding of Peak that was acquired by AMI is also huge.

I actually envisaged awhile ago AMI dealing with PEX as an offtake agreement, JV or deal would benefit both companies would massively. Very similar to the TLM and SFR tie up in my opinion.
