Serious who doesn't want to invest in this merged company:
1) $70m+ cash in the bank, no raising forever if we can get Silver Ray running generate more cash (both companies have years of tax losses to off-set future profits, tax free).
2) Silver Ray CAPEX funded, get to mining ASAP
3) MB and Wirlong more high grade results, especially able to move MB to the surface
4) Cobar JV progress nicely
5) Wagga Tank circle... massive high grade minerals
6) TLM's nickel project... not sure what to do. More exploration and spin off???
7) SBM, Joshua P and associates and Hermanis... successful mining geologists onboard.
