well of course staff would be unhappy and insecure, especially those who have been there for a long time, the gravy train of dated structures from the days of govt dept will be over, cost cutting at every level rife, gee will we ever get any meaning full discussion,im right your wrong its all so tiresome.
we have here a company that is well positioned to provide national coverage ,so what market segments might best suit cdr, the world does not revolve around extremely competitive contracts in what some may consider a traditional foothold, namely govt depts, there is a whole lot of small to medium bus that might be well served by cdr,so how about some meaningfull discussion from those who profess to know, that would be real information
they have a national franchise network in place ,thats a good start, the industry i work in has a minimum 50%pa staff turnover rate, but it pays well,so lets stop with the discussion about who is happy,if staff are not then presumably if they are any good they can leave, that leaves the chaff, i am sure they are the same staff that bag cdr.
in my industry it is the chaff that leave, thats why 50%,its not for everyone.
