The Board and management team of Southern Uranium Limited are deeply saddened by the tragic deaths of Ken Talbot and the directors of Sundance Resources Limited in Africa. Ken was instrumental in the creation of Southern Uranium in late 2006 and our sincerest sympathies go to Kens family and friends. Kens legacy to Australian mining and society will be strong and long lasting. The Rights Issue is on schedule with the prospectus being dispatched to Southern Uranium shareholders on 22nd June.
