I've got RPM and i don't know, i think that if the directors are willing to sell it for this price, i'm sure they must think its a good deal for the company. If you look at their SP, its had massive gains in the last few months.
Maybe management don't believe they are capable of taking the company any further. Thats the only explanation i can see.
