The deal values RPM at about 18.6 cents today. We have been sold out by a tired, detached board who did not have much in the way of shares or emotional investment. What else can be said. If QGC or others had to mount a hostile on-market bid 30 or 40c would have been possible. The capitulation of major shareholder has made things difficult though.
Even selling the parts would have obtained a better price than the whole to QGC. The potential of PEL 171 was clearly outlined today by QGC and then there are the other assets.

Too much potential flushed away today.
