Significant stakes? If ceo's income is $1m, he has $20m worth of shares, that's significant.

In 2015, Chair, CEO and CFO total income was $1.846m, their holdings only worth $261,000, only 13% of their total income. Each of them only own $87,000 worth of shares, a fork-lifter in RWH could have owned that much shares.

Peter Housden's total income rised from $90,000 (2012) to $137,917 (2015), his direct holding was always 21,858, plus his relatives holding and super fund holdings, total was 51,858.
    Robert Allan's total income rised from $649,856 (2012) to $1,187,446 (2015), his holding was 162,658 in 2015.
Greg Baker's total income in 2015 was $520, 524, and his holdings was only 45,998.

Do they believe the stock not worth $1? or they are not confident about themselves? The whole company is in their hands, and they just prefer hundred dollar cash every year, just don't want to buy a few hundred thousands their own shares?

The company looks pretty good value to me, I almost decided to buy!!! until I saw the director's holding, I suddenly felt sorry for the existing shareholders. Director's income is increasing each year, while the stock price is falling in the past 3 years, and the directors only hold few shares. I don't expect every director hold shares like Graham Turner, but I expect some confident from directors.
