Don't think many will walk away wrongway, Brisbane/Goldcoast will buck the trend I thinks, and data points that way. so even if they do leave the 10% deposit the units will still sell at a good profit. The other side of the coin is their finance deal. I know the RBA is spitting a few chips about the deal on offer, but again the structure of the deal is such that DVN can't help but make $$$. I know some punters will get burnt, just as I do at times, but thats life. Still think its a good buy, particularly when you look at the PE
