In fact, on reading the 5th November statement again, I would be even more concerned about any pending court case.
The original workshop in October, utilizing ZYL geologists, independent geologists and the key geologists employed in the project since 2006' found a general agreement that the geological model was fundamentally correct and the resource estimate largely accurate.
It was after this that ZYL's consultants could not achieve the same level of conversion and held their own 'technical workshop' after this time, leading to the latest announcements. (Last 4 paragraphs on page 4) and hence the backing out of the project.
Any court case to resolve these geological and engineering differences of opinion would, in my opinion, be costly and protracted.
Just looking at those entrails.
