fluxmaster,
You said:-
5. The vendor has openly acknowledged there is a problem with the deal for the reasons outlined here.
Do I think this is going to court? No
The company (ZYL) said:-
"It is anticipated that dispute resolution and/or litigation will ensue. Upon receipt of a response from the vendors, the Company will issue a further update to its shareholders."
It seems to me that your analysis/statements are not based on fact but rather an opinion that suffering shareholders love to hear.
I cannot say that I have followed this company in detail so I ask where you got your information with regard to your statement? "The vendor has openly acknowledged there is a problem with the deal...."
It costs money to go to court, something ZYL does not have.........you can bet that the vendors will take this all the way to court. How is ZYL going to fund litigation?
The company also said:-
"Furthermore, it has recently come to light that a condition precedent to the Mbila agreement (as amended) was not timeously fulfilled by the vendors."
Ummm, why doesn't ZYL spell out the "condition precedent" to shareholders so existing and prospective shareholders can make their own conclusion? Something not right here?
My opinion of course. I look forward to your response.
