    It sounds like you are very well connected in the industry.

    Reading Hills Annual Report, they have many different businesses across a variety of Industry sectors.
    The 'old senior management team' you mentioned are they across all business units ??
    Did they maintain some of existing management?

    Anything else noteworthy of your interests??
