Many staff have left on their own accord. I know of 5 people who have joined competitors of Hills and this has hurt them also. Most of the forced exits were the old senior management team who I am also still in contact with many of them. They don't really have an opinion either way (or they are just being very guarded about what they say). Most have also gone to competitors as management/owners, etc.

The comment about their acquisitions from qf8 has also been spreading. I do know of one company they purchased which was ridiculous and not well thought out in my opinion that is.
