Taking a big hit

After 2 years it appears the strategy from Pretty and his new management team is not all as positive as he continually tries and sells to the masses. Market confidence is at an all time low and given that he has made a number of acquisitions and business consolidations and then reported a 14% growth in the Tech side, that is actually a very average result. Hopefully this does not continue and the downward trend ceases. I feel the Board is very much dated and requires a new mindset and new ideas to drive this business out of the current situation. The other worrying aspect is the amount of talent this company has lost in a short space of time.
