doubt very much if takeover coming.

board members resign sometimes when another company they are involved with is likely to bid - such as was the case when the ceo of arrow resigned from pure energy some month or more before the takeover.

likely to be a blue about the recent acquisition in Victoria( which seemed strange ) and/or the need for a capital raising. I sold half of my shares as i expected a raising after the vic acquisition.

will probably buy more today or tomorrow
