    Have a look at these documents and let me know what you think. After reading the Company History section of the prospectus have a close read of sections 8.3 and 8.4. The 3rd file confirms the transfer of 13% of Tribune to Trans Global. The fourth file on page 3 details Billis' payment and a summary of services rendered. The options he received he had allocated to Trans Global.
