Stick to the facts and reply to the facts in my message. The Takeovers Panel has declared Unacceptable conduct due to a total lack of transparency.
You seem to have an intimate knowledge of the inside workings of the Companies so can you tell us all how many ounces of gold are held and why this information is not made public?

What rubbish. Mr Hedley hold 1m shares. Just who is going to deliver control. This is about trying to find out who is the real beneficial owners (a real person) of the Transglobal and Sierra Gold shares. Yes, who are those controllers? It is not about someone else trying to get control.
With respect to the comparison with NST that is a bad choice.
Lets compare transparency, hedging not gambling, Share price etc.
TBR and RND only started producing serious amounts of gold with commensurate exploration and announcement of results over the past 6 or 7 years.
Lets compare that to the Ghana Project. Drilling continued for 18 months before any results were released in May this year. What is the status of that project? Where is it going? Is it no longer material?
Who knows.
It is a pity that you are not listening to the concerns of the small shareholders. The company could have easily got rid of many of us many years by paying a decent price through the share buy back and possibly privatised the company.
