You probably didn't see some of the comments regarding FGR's pending sales on Twitter, many were saying its not a sales agreement,
I highly doubt that FGR want to announce another purchase order subject to regulatory approvals.
It is does kill the end user ability to promote the new product if they cannot sell the product in Australia,
New Graphene pool - Wait, sorry you cannot buy it, we don't have approval to sell it to you.
I think it is much better to wait,
One thought just came into my head. What happens to Callaway Graphene Golf balls, How can they be sold in Australia without the NICNAS approval ?
Interesting, can FGR use it approval (once Granted) to allow companies like Callaway to sell its golf balls in Australia?
If not it only takes one phone call to NICNAS to make them aware that there are illegal products being sold in AU that could relate in a $300k fine for each breach. Would this mean that Callaway would have to use FGR's Graphene for all AU sales?
